Scott Will Is Filed for Probate
Papers for the probate of the will of George B. Scott, vice-president of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, who died December 19, 1931, in Ross, were filed in the superior court here Tuesday.
The will shows assets valued at over $10,000, and names as heirs George R. Scott, a son, 2931 Burns street, Forest Hills, New York, and Marion S. Bonestell, a daughter, 2333 Channing way, Berkeley. The bulk of the estate is to be divided between them. To Charlotte E. Barrington, his sister, who lives in Donegal, Ireland, he left his money, which is in a London bank. To Thornton R. Richardson he left a radio and some jewelry, and to Elizabeth R. Richardson he willed furniture and drapes and a number of books. Mrs. Richardson and Edward G. Gault are named as executors.
