Ross Woman Heiress To $46,000 Estate

Jane Frances Brice of East Road, Ross, will share in the estate of her nephew, the late George H. Pendleton of New York, it was disclosed in a New York state transfer tax department report filed recently. She will get the entire residuary estate of $46,000 after the payment from it of a $700 annuity for the benefit of Johanna Opitz of Hollywood.
