Bequeaths Estate To Her Sisters
Will of the Late Fannie de C. Miller Filed for Probate in the Superior Court

The last will and testament of the late Fannie de C. Miller, who passed away at Florence, Italy, several months ago, has been filed for probate in the Superior Court, accompanied by the petition of the executors, Joseph (sic) Kirk, Therese Miller and Elsie Miller. The document is olographic, having been indicated, dated and signed entirely in the hand of the testatrix. After directing that the sum of $5000 be expended in charity, the testatrix bequeaths her entire estate, valued at $20,000, to her sisters, Elsie, Therese and Josephine, share and share alike. The estate consists in an interest in a 3000 acre ranch, the Marin hotel in San Rafael, and other real and personal property.
