BOYD Will Leaves Estate To Widow
The will of the late George Davis Boyd was filed in the Superior court Monday, bequeathing the entire estate to the widow, Mrs. Margaret deWitt Kittle Boyd, for distribution to the heirs, Nicholas, Jean M., and Margaret Alexander, the 10 year old daughter.
Mrs. Boyd is to act without bonds. The deceased set forth in the brief document that he felt confident that Mrs. Boyd would make all allowances which may be proper for the other heirs according to their own best interests. The will was written and signed May 29th, 1916.
It is estimated that the estate is worth about a quarter of a million dollars.
