Notice is hereby given that a petition for the probate of the will of Mary Elizabeth Parsons Hawver, also known as Elizabeth Parsons Hawver, also known as Elizabeth P. Hawver, also known as Elizabeth Hawver, also known as Mary Elizabeth Parsons, also known as Elizabeth Parsons, deceased, for the issuance to Anne Thompson Kent of letters testamentary thereon has been filed in this Court, and that Friday, the 23rd day of January, A. D. 1948, at 10 o’clock A.M. of said day, at the courtroom of said Court, at the Court House, in the City of San Rafael, has been set for the hearing of said petition, when and where any person interested may appear and contest the same, and show cause, if any they have, why said petition should not be granted.
