The late Lewis Osborne left no will and the estate will be divided among the legal heirs, some of whom reside in the East. It is valued at from $19,000 to $20,000. Melzar Osborne, administrator of the estate, will sell the ranch and equipment on May 8th. He will then return to Arizona, where his mining interests are located.
