Catherine Brown Will Filed Tuesday

The will of the late Catherine Brown, who passed away on June 15, 1931, was filed for probate this week in the Superior Court. The will was made by Mrs. Brown on the 21st of August, 1919, there being no witnesses. Robt. Trumbull of Novato and Robt. S. Brown, her husband, Superintendent of the Marin County Hospital, are mentioned as executors. The heirs mentioned in the will are Robert Brown, her husband,; Alice Adams, of Petaluma; Mary Leavenworth, Petaluma; John Brown, Willits; Ada E. Waite, Berkeley; Edith Trumbull, Novato, and Genevieve Beggs, Petaluma.

The bulk of the estate consists of real property located at Willits.
