MRS. EURA LANGSAM WINS HER CASE

The bitterly contested case of Mrs. Eura J. Langsam, wife of David Langsam, the popular junk dealer of Sausalito, against Leon Jacobs, administrator of the estate of Annie Jacobs, deceased mother of Mrs. Langsam, for a large sum of money on deposit in the Hibernia Bank and other property, was decided yesterday in favor of Mrs. Langsam by Superior Judge John Van Nostrand in Department No. 4 of the Superior Court of the City and County of San Francisco. Mr. L. C. Pistolesi, one of our town trustees, was the attorney for Mrs. Langsam and Mr. Louis Oneal of San Jose was the attorney for Mr. Leon Jacobs.
