Dunham Estate Is Valued at $21,886

Lynn D. Gilmore, of Santa Rosa, a brother-in-law of the late Mrs. Emma D. Dunham, has filed a petition for letters of administration, on behalf of Phyllis J. Dunham, of San Rafael, adopted daughter of Mrs. Dunham.

The estate is appraised at $21,886, including the Lincoln Apartment, San Rafael, valued at $18,000, and personal property placed at $3,886.

Mrs. Dunham died January 2, not leaving a will. Other heirs at law are brothers and sisters of the deceased: Ellen Bittencourt, Los Angeles; Walter C. Welch, Arcata; Clara Young, San Francisco; Margaret Egga Bell, Eureka; James B. Welch, Colusa; Harry Welch, Santa Rosa; Helena Axe, Eureka, and Lillian Gilmore, Santa Rosa.
