Andrew McInnes Will Contest Father’s Will

Andrew McInnes has filed his opposition to the probate of his father’s, John McInnes, will and a great legal battle is certain to ensue. John McInnes was a wealthy pioneer resident of Mill Valley and at the time of his death, which occurred in San Francisco several weeks ago, he left his entire estate to his widow, with the exception of one dollar, which he bequeathed to his son, Andrew McInnes. The latter claims that his stepmother used undue influence in securing such liberal provisions for the will.
