Will of Late James Sheehan Is Filed

The will of the late Jas. Raymond Sheehan, president and general manager of the President Steamship Lines, who died at his Mountain View home, San Rafael, March 28, from a heart attack, has been filed for probate in the Superior court here.

The will was written November 7, 1930 at Hampstead, Nassau Co., New York. He leaves all his estate to his widow, Mrs. Reina J. Sheehan, whom he names executrix without bond. The other heirs named in the petition are Jane Patricia, 12, and Virginia Sheehan, 9, daughters. Judge Edward I. Butler issued an order authorizing the clerk to have depositions taken through a notary in New York, of three witnesses to the will.
