Mrs. Dollie Arles will bring suit for her portion of the estate of the late Jack Mathieson, on the grounds that she was his wife. Mrs. Arles, who was a member of the Mathieson family for eighteen months, is now staying at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Severence in San Anselmo.
