Will of Elizabeth J. Barber Filed for Probate

The last will of Elizabeth J. Barber of Ross was filed for probate in the superior court by Attorney E. G. Stetson of San Francisco on Wednesday last.

After making a special bequest of an opal pin, a silver bowl, birthday ring, horses and dogs, to her daughter, Alice, and a silver cream pitcher, silver tray, silver porringer and pearl pin to her daughter, Mary, she gives the residue to her two daughters in equal shares.

Alice Jackson Barber is appointed executrix without bonds.

The will bears the date of March 4, 1907, and is witnessed by S. M. Augustine, Arthur Scott and A. N. Boyen of this city.
