Mrs Tunstead's Will Filed for Probate
The last Will of Mrs. James Tunstead was filed for probate last Friday by Jas. W. Keyes, attorney for James Tunstead, the executor of the estate and gives to the following persons: Mrs. K. A. Keyes, Bernard Miller and William J. Miller, sisters and brothers of the decedent $3,000 each; to Minnie M. Keyes, E. A. Keyes, and B. M. Keyes, nieces $1500 each; to Mary, Kate, Ellen and Frances Miller, daughters of Bernard Miller $1500 each; to Julia Briarton, $3000; to the pastor of St Raphael’s Catholic church, $3000, to be used for the purpose of placing three new altars in the church. The balance goes to James Tunstead, her husband, who was named as executor.
The petition recites that the estate is worth $10,000 and consists of real estate in San Rafael and San Anselmo and money in the banks in San Francisco and loans secured by mortgages.
