Gustav Opitz’s Will Is Filed for Probate

Gustav Opitz, of San Francisco, and former San Rafael resident, who died in San Francisco December 26, 1940, left property in Marin and Alameda counties valued in excess of $10,000, according to a petition for probate of his will, filed in the Superior Court here. The entire estate goes to his wife, Mrs. Emma Opitz. Annual income from the property is given at $1500.
