H. H. Varney Will Is Filed Friday
The will of the late H. H. Varney, who died in Mill Valley June 30, 1935, has been filed in the Superior Court for probate. The estate consists of more than $10,000, the bulk of it being placed in trust for grandchildren. Mrs. Annie Roy Covert, 2940 24th street, San Francisco, is bequeathed what is known as Muir Woods Park, Homestead District, three miles from Mill Valley.
She receives revenue from a t trust to be placed with the Bank of America and __?__ reverts to her children when of age, and t he trust is to cease at that time. Calista Ward, another daughter, is bequeathed $100. In case of death of the Coverts, the Wards come in for a share in the estate.
Hiram Johnson and Edward I. Barry were witnesses to the signing of the will which is dated November 24, 1930. The codicil is dated April 10, 1934.
Madeline Morris, a sister of the deceased, is named executrix without bond.
