Estate Distributed For Lost Fisherman

Seventeen years ago in March, Nick Petrites, a Greek, went on a fishing excursion and he was given up as drowned. This week a petition was filed in the Superior Court seeking distribution of his estate, consisting of about $1,139 on deposit in a local bank. The money will be distributed to two sisters, and two brothers residing in Greece.
