Hosmer Estate Value: $215,850

Mrs. Nancy H. Hosmer, 80 Longfellow Drive, Mill Valley, left an estate of clear market value of $215,850.55, an inheritance tax report filed with Marin Superior Court disclosed.

Mrs. Hosmer, who died July 4, 1962, left $85,358 to her husband, Harry, $65,320 to Nancy Carol Kitchens, and $65,171 to Colin Michael Kitchens, all of the Longfellow Drive address.

Nancy and Colin Kitchens are children of Mrs. Hosmer by a previous marriage.
