Douglass Estate Is Valued at $457,763

According to an appraisement filed in Superior Court, in San Mateo, in connection with the estate of the last Leon F. Douglass, the estate is valued at $457,763.

The estate includes a $60,000 life insurance policy. Appraiser Lee reported to the court that during 1932 Douglass made a trust agreement with a San Francisco bank involving $553,664. This has been reduced by taxes.

Douglass, a former resident of San Rafael for many years, passed away in San Mateo county in 1940.
