Irish Heirs Win

Judge Lennon very promptly decided the case of F. C. Sariva vs. the public administrator in favor of the defendant, thus giving the estate of the late Michael Ryan to his Irish heirs. It will be recalled that Ryan died some months ago at the home of Sariva in Sausalito, leaving an estate valued at $14,000, which Sariva claimed the deceased intended to leave to him, but died before he had time to make his will. There were a number of heirs in Ireland, and when they heard of Ryan’s death they promptly took steps to secure the estate which has now been practically awarded to them.
