Mill Valley Man Leaves $31,500
The two daughters of Frederick Fillmore, who died at his home in Mill Valley on August 18 of this year, are petitioning for the probate of his will which he made in October 26, 1925 at the age of 81 years in which he designated them as his legatees. The estate is valued at $31,500.
There are 688 shares of capital stock, preferred and common of the Pacific Gas and Electric Co., 20 shares of Mechanic’s Building and Loan Association, 20 shares of California Mutual Savings Funds and Loan Association, 15 shares of Fidelity Building and Loan Association in addition to $2000 in money on deposit in the bank.
