Petition for Letters In Maggetti Estate

A petition for letters of administration has been filed in the Superior court in the estate of Ennio G. Maggetti, who died on July 1 in Petaluma, and at the time of his death was a resident of Marin County where he had extensive property interest around Marshall.

Maggetti left no will. The heirs are his wife, Marie L. Maggetti, and two sons, Horace W. and Earl E. Maggetti, residing in Marshall., and a daughter, Beatrice M. Schwobeda, of 2795 Green St., San Francisco. Attorney Martinelli and Gardiner are attorneys for the estate.
