WILL OF VICTOR BERRI FILED FOR PROBATE
The will of the late Victor Berri was filed for probate at Santa Rosa on Monday by F. A. Meyer, of this city, attorney for the estate, and disposes of a valuable estate. The will was executed in this city on August 8th of this year and F. A. Meyer and M. S. Neil were the witnesses.
A son, Arnoldo F. Berri, and the widow, are named as executors without bonds, and either or both may act and may lease or sell any part of said estate without advertising or by order of court.
The sum of $5000 is given each to the daughters, Mrs. Virginia M. Vosti, Clelia L. Anzini and Elvezia C __?__, and the same amount to the son, Arnoldo F. Berri.
The grandchildren, who are children of Virginia M. Vosti, are given the sum of $200 each.
The wife, Marianna Berri, is bequeathed a life estate lease of the family home on B street and the sum of $60 per month during her life time.
