Perry, Mrs. Abby J. Frasier, Ruby A. Jewell, Mrs. Anna Laird, George B. Otis, Charles W. Otis, Filo J. Otis, Mrs. Mary C. Chapman, Mrs. Millie M. Codding, Jessie J. Colby, Phebe S. Colby, Thomas Bronson Jewell, Clara Ada Jewell, Mary Ann Jewell Kinsley, Sarah Pamilia Jewell Buxtom, Leonard Jewell, Mrs. Sarah Bunce, Mrs. Elizabeth D. Imbrie, Eben M. Jewell, plaintiffs

Mary Jane Pierce, individually and as executrix of the last Will and Testament of William S. Pierce, deceased, and Sarah Davis, defendants.

The purpose of this suit is to quiet the title to an individual _ interest in and to certain premises and real estate, and to determine all and every claim, estate or interest therein of said defendants or either of them. The property in question is described as “that certain tract of land on Tomales Point, Marin County, being a portion of Rancho Punto de los Reyes, commencing on the Pacific Ocean at the mouth of the canyon or gulch south from the U.S. Observatory Station, etc., containing about 2250 acres more or less. The respective interests of plaintiffs are alleged to be as follows:

The claims of MARY JANE PIERCE and SARAH DAVIS to an interest in this property are held by plaintiffs to be entirely without right. Costs of suit are asked.

Burnett & Leppo are attorneys for plaintiffs, and they have brought a similar suit in Sonoma County, the property in question being two lots in Petaluma.

The land involved in these suits is valued at more than $100,000.
