Suicide’s Will Filed In S. F.
Ruth Huntington Leaves Estate Valued at $25,000

The will of Miss Ruth M. Huntington, found dead at the foot of a cliff at Muir Beach, February 21,, filed for probate in San Francisco yesterday, disposed of an estate which is said to approximate $25,000. The will was made the day before Miss Huntington’s death, which is believed to be suicide. In her will Miss Huntington, the founder of the Lake Huntington Camp for Girls, made a series of bequests. Mrs. Edwin Howard Walter of Redwood City, and Mrs. Herbert Little of Ojai were given the Lake Huntington camp and the Flying Bar H Sierra pack trip in equal shares. Personal property was left to Mrs. Mary Davidson, 1404 Le Roy Ave., Berkeley, also named executrix of the will, to distribute among friends and relatives at her discretion. Mrs. Ida Franstead, 2121 Lyon Street, San Francisco, was left stocks and bonds as were Mrs. Davidson and Miss Anne Raymond, New York City. Mrs. Edwin Walter was left $1000; Carol and Hugh Wayneflete, niece and nephew, $1000 each; Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wayneflete, sister and brother-in-law, Orosi, $1000; two brothers, James J. Henemann and Henry Heyneman, the latter of Belvedere, $100 each; Mrs. M. H. Heyneman, a sister, certain property in Belvedere; Charles S. Davidson, Berkeley, automobile, radio set and desk. The residue of her estate Miss Huntington left to her brother-in-law, Walter Wayneflete and his children.
