KITTLE WILL

The will of John C. Kittle, bequeathing his entire estate to his widow, Mrs. Marjorie Woolsey Kittle, has been filed for probate in the Superior Court here. Kittle, member of a pioneer Marin family, was a capitalist. The petition simply sets forth that the estate is valued at more than $10,000. Kittle stated in his will, a holographic document, that he left his estate to his wife knowing she would make ample provision for their sons, Jonathan, 7; George 5; Andrew, 3.
