In the late 1940,s, I was a member of an Exployer Scout chapter some of whom were asked if we wished to join the Grays. We participated in marching in a Veteran's day parade in San Jose, I believe. we did indeed wear the West Point uniforms and carry the British Enfield rifles that the group used as that time. I would say it was in 1948 or '49.
