I am looking for information on some of the San Francisco pier buildings; specifically their use over time and photographic documentation. I plan to check out the SF Main Library with special attention to their Historical Photograph Collection and History Center as well as the California Historical Society's Library. Does anyone have more suggestions as to where/how to search? Thank you in advance.
