: : : : I lived in Homewood Terrace from 1938 to 1943. Call it sentimality, I resided in Cottage 24 am 84 years old am trying to locate who the residents in Homewood Terrace lived there. I think there is a Homewood Terrace Alumni organization which may be of some help.

: I wish I read your email a long time ago. While my experiences at Homewood were mixed, there were some great kids. I wished I would have stayed in touch. Often I wonder, whatever happen to that person. The thought of having life long friends would have filled a void.

My grandfather and his sister were in the orphanage starting in 1941. My grandpa was in cottage 22 and he was 5 years old. His sister was 8 and was either in 23 or 24! He would love to get in touch!
