From the early 1880s until April 1906, my father Clarence, his brother Charles and parents Charles and Emma Anderson were living on the east side of Telegraph Hill on a section of Greenwich Street that isn't there now! I would like the view from their living room window above the piers, above a yard that included a wandering stream and a gold fish pond. That view of a San Francisco Bay - - from my backyard in Lincoln.
