SUICIDE of a CAPITALIST - F.A.L. PIOCHE, the well known French capitalist, resident for many years in San Francisco and identified with many important business enterprises in that city and elsewhere in the State during the past 20 years or more, shot himself in his bed about 8 o'clock on Thursday morning, and is supposed from the character of the wound to have died instantly.
