Sudden Death
San Francisco, August 3- Colonel Robert TOBIN, Commander Third Regiment, N.G.C., was found dead in bed at the Union Club building this morning. Heart disease is supposed to have been the cause. Colonel TOBIN was to have gone to Ukiah this afternoon to attend the annual encampment of his regiment.
