JOHN A. ROMERO

John A. Romero, 59, died Saturday in San Francisco after an illness.

A native of Hawaii, he is survived by his wife, Valeria, Pacifica; three sons John, Manuel, and Frank Romero; three brothers Manuel, Peter and Joseph Romero; and five sisters Frances Sanchez, Dolores Alexander, Isabel Ramirez, Carnation Plut and Antoinette Ojada.

Services were held yesterday from the Chapel of Valente, Marini, Perata and Company prior to a requiem mass at All Hallows Church.

Interment was at Golden Gate National Cemetery.
