Funeral services were conducted in San Carlos yesterday morning for Cecil R. Fowler, 52, of San Carlos who died April 12. He was the father of Eugene Fowler of Daly City and Mrs. Marjorie Running of Belmont. His wife, Alma, survives him with various other relatives.
