SYDNEY ALBERT LEVEY

Yesterday in San Francisco services were held for Sydney Albert Levey, 70, 300 Park Plaza, who died in San Francisco Thursday after an illness.

A native of Sydney, Australia, he had resided 30 years in Honolulu and over 20 years in this area. He was a life member of BPOE 616, Honolulu; Lebanon Lodge 495, SF; IOOF, Rebekah, Honolulu; and IOOF, Harmony e, Honolulu; and a former civilian employee of the SF Presidio.

Survivors are his wife, Elise, and children Sydney A. Levey, Jr., Fresno; Carl and Richard Holsts, Honolulu; Mrs. Carl Crane, Modesto; Mrs. Howard Denham, San Jose; Mrs. Claude Cooper, Los Angeles; and Mrs. Hugo Anderson, Montana. Also surviving at 15 grandchildren.

Interment was at Golden Gate National Cemetery.
