Florence SOARE

Mrs. Florence McKeever SOARE, 83, mother of Mrs. Charles HEIDEL of Redwood City, died Wednesday in a Cupertino convalescent hospital after a long illness

Mrs. SOARE had lived with her daughter, Mrs. HEIDEL, at 2747 Brewster Ave., for the past year.

She was born in Van Wert, Ohio, on April 12, 1885. Before moving to Redwood City, she had lived in Glendive, Mont., and in Seattle, Wash.

While in Glendive, Mrs. SOARE was a member of the Grand Army of the Republic auxiliary.

Mrs. SOARE was a housewife. She was married to Frank L. SOARE, who died in 1939.

Mrs. SOARE is also survived by one son, Franklyn L. SOARE, of Glendive, Mont.; a brother, Arthur McKEEVER of Florida; three sisters Mrs. Betty LIPPERT of Springfield, Mo.; Mrs. Ruth HAMLET of Great Falls, Mont.; and Mrs. Lavina BAUER, of Grand Rapids, Mich.; eight grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Soare had one other son, Arthur SOARE, who is deceased.

Funeral services for Mrs. SOARE will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Crippen and Flynn Woodside Chapel, 400 Woodside Road, Redwood City. The Rev. James AUSTIN, former pastor of the Grace Bible Church, will officiate.

Interment will be in Alta Mesa Memorial Park, Palo Alto.
