MAJOR GEORGE EDWARD ALLISON

Funeral services were held here yesterday for Major George Edward Allison who died December 9 in Westlake. He was 63. Rev. George Hollywood of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church in Westlake officiated.

He was a retired Major in the US Marine Corps, and was a member of St. Martin’s Church and the Crocker Masonic Lodge, F&AM, Daly City.

He was the husband of the late Ramona M. Allison, and he is survived by his step-mother, Lily Allison and a sister, Frances McCune of Kansas City, Missouri.

Interment was at Golden Gate National Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were by Duggan’s Serra Mortuary.
