Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon from Crippen & Flynn in Redwood City for Charles A. Thomson, the stepfather of John D. Stegeman of Daly City.

Survivors include his wife, Elsa Thomson of Burlingame.

The deceased, 76, was a native of Canada. Inurnment was private.
