WILLIAM SKAPINOK

Services were held yesterday for William I. Skapinok, 53, who died Friday in San Francisco. He is survived by his wife, Elsie, of Santa Rosa, and children, Richard, Sacramento; Edward, San Francisco; Mrs. Roberta Dean, Concord; and stepson Louie Thomas Rossi, Santa Rosa. A sister, Ann Norvell, lives in Pacifica. He is also survived by a brother and four grandchildren.

A native of Hawaii, he had made his home in Santa Rosa; and was employed at Dock Foreman for Star Forwarding. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, No. 85, San Francisco.

Funeral arrangements were by Larson Garden Chapel, and interment was at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
