Duggan’s Serra Mortuary was in charge of funeral rites yesterday morning for Ralph J. Kramer, 54, who died in Daly City June 1.

A native of Chicago the deceased was the husband of Pauline N. Kramer and the father of Lawrence Sciutti. His affiliations included Teamsters Union, Local #85.
