Entombment at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park followed funeral rites Thursday morning from W.C. Lasswell for Hazel G. Lee, 80, who died in SF Feb. 26.

The widow of George Lee, she was the mother of Carl Andersen and Helen Galli.
