PEARL McDANIEL

Golden Gate National Cemetery is to receive the remains of Pearl McDaniel, sister of Otto Scalice of Daly City, after funeral rites this morning in Belmont.

Mrs. McDaniel, the wife of James V. McDaniel, died May 12 in Redwood City. Survivors include her children, James Paul, John Joseph, Philip Vincent and Mary Ann McDaniel. The deceased was the daughter of Paul Scalice of Sunnyvale, and in addition to Mr. Scalice of this city was the sister of Serfina Duebald of San Mateo, Francis Efsaif of SF, and Vincent Scalice of San Mateo.

Requiem Mass was to be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Belmont. Carlmont Chapel is directing the funeral.
