JOHN McGOVERN

Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery are to follow funeral services scheduled for this morning for John A. McGovern, 20, who died in Daly City, May 13.

John, the son of John and Nydia McGovern, was the brother of Patricia, Joanne, Nina and Michael McGovern and the grandson of Mrs. Marguerite McGovern of SF and Mrs. Joaquina Gonzalez of Daly City. He was a member of the US Naval Reserve.

Final rites, under the direction of Duggan’s Serra Mortuary, 500 Westlake Ave., DC., were to be solemnized with a Requiem Mass at 9 a.m. in Holy Angels Church. From there the cortege will move to Holy Cross.
