ROY KLUVER
Funeral services will be held this morning at 10 a.m. from N. Gray & Co., 4000 Nineteenth Ave., at Sargent Street, San Francisco for Roy Kluver, the husband of Corine Kluver. He died March 6.
A native of San Francisco, Mr. Kluver, 72, was a lifetime member of the National Press Photographers’ Association and Precita Parlor 187, NSGW.
A member of a pioneer California family, Mr. Kluver was the grandson of Henry Dobbel, who came around Cape Horn from Germany in the 1850’s to become the third largest landowner and rancher in San Mateo County.
The deceased was the father of Mrs. Royann Ward of Daly City and or William C. Kluver of Alameda. His sister was Mrs. Edna Sapiro, widow of Judge Milton Sapiro.
Interment will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
