RAFAEL PALMER

Inurnment at Woodlawn Memorial Park followed funeral services last Wednesday from Duggan’s Serra Mortuary for Rafael Palmer, 11, who died in this city, March 24.

Rafael, the son of Ron and Hanne Marie Palmer was the brother of Darryl Erik Palmer.
