CHARLES ROWLEY

Duggan’s Serra Mortuary was in charge of funeral arrangements for Charles T. Rowley Sr., who died in Daly City March 24.

A World War I veteran and a member of Plumbers’ Union #467 of San Mateo, Mr. Rowley was the husband of the late Marian Rowley and the father of Dorothy Hendrickson, Charles Rowley Jr., and Marian Hendrickson. He was the grandfather of eleven.

Entombment at Woodlawn Memorial Park followed Tuesday afternoon funeral services.
