Entombment at Cypress Lawn followed funeral services Thursday afternoon in Santa Rosa for Charles Otley Willitts, 85, the grandfather of Richard O. Willetts of Daly City. He died June 18.

He was a member of Mt. Moriah Lodge #44, F & AM and Scottish Rite Bodies of SF.
