MARGARET I. SNELL

Funeral services were held yesterday for Margaret I. Snell, 85, who died January 8 in Pacifica.

A native of Iowa, she had lived in California for 45 years, 42 years in San Mateo County, where she last resided at 606 Canyon Drive, Pacifica.

She was the wife of William B. Snell, and is survived by a son, Hiram S. Snell of King City and a daughter, Mrs. Helen L. Van Hook. She was the mother of the late Blanche W. McClellan, and the foster mother of John Blankenship. Also listed are six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter.

She was a member of the Little Brown Church of Pacifica.

Interment was at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements were by W.C. Lasswell and Company.
