FRANK MARCUS MARQUARDSEN

Funeral services for Frank Marcus Marquardsen, who died January 4 in Napa, will be held tomorrow morning, January 9, commencing at 8 o’clock from the San Bruno Funeral Home, 200 West San Bruno Avenue, San Bruno. He was 79.

A native of San Francisco, he was a former resident of South San Francisco. He had made his home at 115 Verano Drive.

He had been a machinist at the Hunters Point Shipyards, and was a veteran of World War I, having served with the Navy.

His wife was the late Myrtle M. Marquardsen. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Wood of South San Francisco, and two sons, Marcus Marquardsen, San Francisco, and Lewis Marquardsen, Napa. A brother, John Marquardsen lives in Sacramento. Four grandchildren, one greatgrandchild, and six nieces and nephews are also listed.

Interment will be at Golden Gate National Cemetery.
