JOSEPH V. (BABE) D’ANTONIO, SR.

A Requiem Mass was said yesterday morning at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Daly City for Joseph V. (Babe) D’Antonio, Sr., who died February 14 in Redwood City.

A native of New York, he was 60. He had been a resident and a businessman in Daly City for 30 years, and had recently moved to Redwood City.

He is survived by his wife, Marie, and was the father of Joseph, Jr., Anthony and Georgia D’Antonio, Mrs. Gladys Byrne, Mrs. Helen Costa, Mrs. Marie Williams, Mrs. Geraldine Bibby, Mrs. Irene Mundon, and Mrs. Sybil Trapasso. A brother, Harry D’Antoinio, is also listed as are 26 grandchildren.

Interment was at Holy Cross Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were by W.C. Lasswell and Company.
